Our representative cordially receives you on arrival at Siliguri (NJP Rail Station / Bagdogra IXB) and helps you to board the car.
The drive to Ravangla on the well-known Sevoke Road is a picturesque one, running along the Teesta river, passing through Teesta Bazar and Melli Bazar, and the confluence of the Teesta and Rangit rivers. The small and quaint tourist town of Ravangla, at about 7200 ft, is located in the South Sikkim district and situated between Gangtok and Pelling. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Ravangla.
Recommended: En route, you may visit Samdruptse Statue at an additional charge. It is the tallest statue of Guru Padmasambhava, one of the founding fathers of Tibetan Buddhism.

Day 2 – Ravangla Local Tour

After an early breakfast, visit Rayong Viewpoint, a popular Sunrise viewpoint about 8 km from Ravangla, which offers a panoramic vista of the surrounding landscape. Drive further to Temi Tea Estate. Situated about 30 km from Ravangla town, it is the only Tea garden in the state of Sikkim.

Post lunch, visit the famous Buddha Park – also known as Tathagata Tsal. In 2006, the state government and local community decided to build a big statue of Lord Buddha in commemoration of His birth anniversary. 130 feet tall, the majestic yet serene statue overlooks the scenic eco-garden around it and has become a must-see tourist spot in South Sikkim. After spending some time here, move on to Ralang Monastery. Legend has it that once the fourth Chogyal or monarch returned from the pilgrimage, the 12th Karmapa of the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism performed a blessing ceremony where he scattered some grains from his home in Tibet. It is said that this monastery was originally built at the spot where the grains fell. Car service from 9 AM to 4.30 PM.
Recommended: Visit the Carpet Weaving Centre in town.

Day 3 - Return to Bagdogra / NJP in 120 Kms in 4 Hrs

Check out from Gangtok and drive back to NJP/Bagdogra in time for your departure train/flight. Farewell and tour end.
