Hotel Gangtey Palace Paro
Gangtey Palace is a 100 year old construction close to Paro town. Its advantageous location on the hill allows guests to have a view of the Paro valley. The building was converted into a hotel in 1995.

Facilities
The hotel building is of traditional fort structure of Bhutan with 10 feet thick wall surrounding it. This provides natural air-conditioning for guests inside. Gangtey Palace maintains its traditional charm with no room telephone and television being offered. There is television available in the lounge bar international telephone calling facility is available at the hotel reception. The restaurant offers Indian, Bhutanese, Chinese and European food. The hotel has a 20 acre open area which includes garden and apple orchard. There is stone bath available at Gangtey Palace.
