Small Car rental for North East
Small cars such as Alto, Indica, Indigo, Swift dzire etc are ideal for travel by a small family. Typically these vehicles can carry a maximum of 3 Adults with light luggage. If you are travelling in a small group this might be the ideal vehicle for you. You must remember that small vehicles have some restrictions on travel. We do not provide small vehicles for the North Sikkim tour or Arunachal Pradesh Tawang Bomdila tour as the terrain is not suitable for a small vehicle with low ground clearance. Also, keep in mind that small vehicles have limited luggage carrying capacity. So if you are carrying a lot of luggage with you, it may not be the most suitable segment of vehicle for you.
The small car segment has both hatchbacks as well as sedans in it. In the Darjeeling Sikkim region, the vehicle will keep changing during your tour based on the destination you visit. As you go higher in altitude, you are more likely to be serviced by hatchbacks such as an Alto. Due to the nature of travel restrictions here, the vehicle number and make can be confirmed only on the previous day evening and not earlier. For the rest of the North East including Bhutan, you can hire a vehicle for multiple days without much restriction.
In case a small car is not available on the date of the journey, we may provide you with a large vehicle, this will be considered as a complimentary upgrade.
